We'll define succession planning and lay out a how-to guide depending on your business's legal structure and employee count. You'll learn about the tax, legal and employment considerations you should know about before you start planning for a transition of ownership or a sale of your business. We've got an excellent facilitator, who will be joined by an attorney and entrepreneur present to answer your toughest tax and legal questions. You'll walk away with a clear idea of the steps involved and you'll know when and how to bring in extra financial and legal support.
