Defining Your Business to Advance the Customer Journey

Do you want to attract more customers to your business and keep them loyal?

In this 3-hour interactive workshop of the WBEC-East EncorePreneur Lab, you will learn how to use the hourglass approach, a modern marketing strategy that covers the entire customer journey.

You will learn how to create targeted messages and offers for each stage of the customer journey, and how to use different marketing tools and channels to reach and engage your customers. You will have the opportunity to apply the hourglass to your own business and get feedback from your peers.

You'll leave this in-person workshop with key next steps to test and have the opportunity to join a 1-hour online follow-up session a week later to share what you've learned and troubleshoot any issues and challenges that arose.
