Inside the Customer's Mind: The Key to Business Loyalty
Whether you're just starting up or you're looking to scale up your business, gaining deeper insight into your customers and how your business will create and capture value is key to success.
In this 3-hour interactive workshop of the WBEC-East EncorePreneur Lab, we will introduce you to two important tools - customer empathy maps and the business model canvas - that will help you get inside your customers' heads and think more deeply about how your business can serve them.
You will develop your own empathy map and business model canvas and have the chance to receive feedback from your peers.
You'll leave this in-person workshop with key next steps to help test your ideas, with the opportunity to join us a week later for a 1-hour online "Insight Into Action" follow-up session, where we will discuss what you learned and the implications for your business moving forward.
This in-person workshop will be held in the WBEC-East office suite at 123 S. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19109.
